Support for essentials

  • Woolworths is providing a Priority Assistance service with dedicated delivery windows. Eligible customers include seniors, people with a disability, those with compromised immunity or who are required to self isolate, aged care facilities, child care centres, disability services, community housing, some charities, and prisons.
  • Coles have made available a number of 6-hour delivery windows on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with a more affordable $2 delivery fee. For Coles business customers, if your organisation would like to order more quantities of an item than the Coles Online website allows, please contact the Coles Business Support team on 1800 455 400 or email businessorders@coles.com.au, during weekdays 9am - 5pm (AEST).
  • Telstra have now made all local and national calls to standard fixed line numbers and calls to standard Australian mobiles on Telstra’s public payphones free.
