Supported Playgroup Facilitator – Koori Kids Playgroup

Koori Kids Playgroup, a program of Sutherland Shire Family Services, aims to provide our families with a safe and welcoming environment where children’s development and cultural identity are supported and enhanced. Our service aims to provide a fun and educational environment, by providing activities to promote a child’s sense of belonging and self-confidence.

We acknowledge that all families attending the group are unique we encourage a partnership between the service, parents and the community. Parental feedback is welcomed and encouraged and incorporated where possible.

Koori Kids playgroup and Sutherland Shire Family Services are looking for Supported Playgroup Facilitator who is passionate about working with Aboriginal children and families. Duties include playgroup set up, food preparation and engaging children and families in a variety of activities

The playgroup is held on Mondays during school terms from 10.30 to 12.30 in Menai. The applicant must be able to work Mondays from 9am to 1.30pm.
