Key Responsibilities:

• Drive results through proactive planning and execution.
• Lead and manage portfolios of projects and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee program delivery, including budget management and evaluation.
• Develop and implement innovative community engagement programs.
• Provide advisory support to other departments on community engagement strategies.
• Foster internal and external relationships to enhance program effectiveness.
• Represent the organisation at community events and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in social work, social science, welfare, or related fields.
• Previous experience in community engagement leadership roles.
• Ability to work with individuals with complex needs.
• Case management experience and familiarity with external services.
• Valid Working with Children Check, Police Check, and driver's license.
