Submission to the ICAC Consultation Paper Funding NGO Delivery of Human Services: A period of transition
This submission focuses on the need for a fair and equitable funding arrangement which is respectful of both NGOs and their clients whilst meeting NSW Government requirements that use of these monies is not wasteful, inefficient or ineffective.
