Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL) and Quality Innovation Performance (QIP) have exciting opportunity for a Consultant - National Development Team.

Based in Inner Sydney the purpose of this role is to contribute to business development strategies and activities that result in regional client retention and growth. The initial focus of this role will be engagement with Disability service providers in the Health & Human services sector.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Understanding and responding to clients' needs
  • Contribute to meeting revenue and market targets
  • Understanding and responding to market trends and opportunities
  • Reporting on market trends and monthly activity

Essential Selection Criteria:
  • Health and Human Services sector experience
  • Personal credibility through demonstrated market and industry understanding and engagement
  • Sales mindset with the ability to progress and manage a sale in the Health or human services sector
  • Basic experience in business development and key account management
  • Proactive with a results driven approach
  • Ability to network and influence others
  • Excellent and influential communicator with people at all levels
  • Ability to manage own performance and meet/exceed targets.
Other Information:

A total salary package of approximately $85K (inclusive of super and benefits) will be on offer for the successful candidate. The company also offers all employees bonus leave (3 days), study leave, birthday leave and a very supportive work environment.
