The Interim Manager will oversee all operational, clinical and administrative aspects of the service, including management of a small, tight-knit team.  The staff complement is a team of seven, plus casual staff. The Interim Manager reports to the Board.


Guthrie House is located in Enmore, NSW.

About us

Guthrie House Co-operative was established 40 years ago as a residential rehabilitation and transition service for women and their accompanying children involved in the criminal justice system. Through-care support is provided via our 12-month Outreach Program.



Position details

Tertiary qualifications in Social Services, Social Work, or related fields; management and supervisory experience; knowledge of drug and alcohol issues, child protection and criminal justice system. 

Essential Selection Criteria:


* Proven experience in successfully supervising and developing a collaborative work culture,

* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills;

* Demonstrated ability to plan, deliver and evaluate services.




Desirable Selection Criteria:

* Experience in tender preparation will be looked on favorably as will knowledge of and relationships in the sector.
