Senior Property Inspector
We are now recruiting for a Senior Property Inspector in our team at St Leonards. This is a full time permanent role and is classified as a level 5 on the SCHCADS Award. This role will report to the Manager Property Services.
As an SGCH Senior Property Inspector you are an integral part of our Property Services Team and work closely with Property Inspectors, Manager Property Services, Business Support Officers, Asset Officers, Manager Contracts and Compliance, Tenancy Managers, Repairs and Maintenance Team and external stakeholders such as tenants, maintenance contractors and the NSW Department of Family and Community Services (NSW Land and Housing Corporation).
You will be responsible for managing all end of tenancy inspections of a large social housing portfolio within our Northern Region following the property being vacated. You will undertake onsite inspections of assets and prepare detailed scopes using a standard schedule of rates, raising work orders and assessing damages to determine responsibility for payment.
