Blue Knot Foundation's Newsletter Editor is an important communications role in the organisation.  The role is responsible for 2 publications - Breaking Free (10 issues per year) and Blue Knot Review, produced quarterly.  The first is aimed at adult survivors of childhood trauma, their supporters and the genera community.  The second is aimed at professionals working in the complex trauma field.

We are looking for someone with well-developed editing and writing experience and a good understanding of digital media.  Of course, creative skill and attention to detail are also key to this role.

Blue Knot Foundation is the National Centre of Excellence in Complex Trauma, empowering recovery and working to meet the needs of adults with a lived experience of complex childhood trauma, including abuse.

Position details
Qualifications:

Experience working in complex trauma, mental health, sexual assault or domestic violence sectors would be highly regarded, as wold NGO experience.

Other Information:

This is a part-time (approximately 15 hours/month) 12 month contract role commencing 1/1/19 and reports to the Deputy CEO.
