About us

We’re here to help people with HIV take control of their own health and wellbeing. Our Community Support Network (CSN) does this through trained volunteers who provide practical home-based assistance to people with HIV who are experiencing difficulties with their health or mobility.

We’re looking for a committed and experienced individual to work with our clients and volunteers.

 

Client Services Officer, Home-Based Support Services

We’re offering a great opportunity for team player to join a small health promotion team in our Community Support Network (CSN), where you will be responsible for assessing new clients, matching volunteer carers to their needs, and working with service providers to ensure that they receive a high standard of community care.
