Qualifications

• Diploma in Community Services (minimum)

Essential Criteria

• Relevent Experience in a leadership role (minimum 12 months)
• Diploma in Community Services
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
• Current National Police Check
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
• Australian Driver Licence
• Experience meeting complex care needs
• High-level organisation and time management skills
• Unrestricted drivers’ license and own comprehensively insured vehicle
• Ability to write sound reports

Desirable Criteria

• Willingness to travel
• Experience with NDIS and VOOHC
• Demonstrated ability to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds - Specific reference to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
