Garden Care Assistant Coordinator

This is a part time position for 28 hours per week, until 30 June 2022.

We have an exciting opportunity for a suitable candidate in the role of Assistant Coordinator of our Garden Care service. Garden Care is part of the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), providing services for older clients in the Inner West and South Western Sydney areas.

You will need a strong consumer focus, problem solving skills and empathy and understanding of the issues impacting frail older people. For the full Essential and Desirable Selection Criteria, please see the Position Description.

Our Office is based in the culturally diverse suburb of Lakemba, close to Public Transport and some of the best restaurants Sydney has to offer.
