Clear Impact, the licence holders of the Results Based Accountability software have made available for free download Components of Effective Collective Impact.  In line with collective impact thinking it argues that effective social change requires more than better coordination of services, we need to change the way we think and enable the “development of community-led strategies focused on achieving real change in the lives and communities we serve” irrespective of the of the community’s race, gender, age, class, location, etc.
