Despite staff costs being the largest single expense for most organisations, and recruitment and retention of staff being amongst the biggest challenges , more than a quarter of Australian NFP organisations aren’t tracking even basic data about their recruitment processesThe three recruitment metrics that Australian NFPs say it’s most important to track identifies what most are collecting but is concerned that few are tracking cost per hire, time to hire and quality of hire.
