Two articles, How to Boost Your Not for Profit’s Productivity and The flexible office can have risks, beyond performance, as well as positives, come from very different perspectives but both aim to improve productivity.  The first looks at more effective ways of utilising technology.  The second cites research that found that shared-desk environments can increase distrust, distractions, uncooperative behaviour and negative relationships and a range of other issues however proponents of activity-based work believe that the different workspaces help to attract and retain talent, and increase collaboration and innovation, employee well-being and sustainability.
