Case Manager

Stepping Out Program is a small specialist NGO which supports female survivors of childhood sexual assault to live in the community through case management, referrals, advocacy and programs. In collaboration with lead agency WAGEC, we provide a crisis response and ongoing support to survivors who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

We are seeking experienced Case Managers to join our small, passionate, and friendly team.

Qualifications

• Appropriate qualifications or equivalent work experience or currently undertaking tertiary study, in a related field eg social work, counselling, Community Welfare

Essential Criteria

• Stepping Out Program has a COVID- 19 vaccination policy that has identified this role as requiring a full COVID-19 vaccination.  Medical exemptions with the NSW government contraindication form will be considered, subject to a satisfactory risk assessment
• Stepping Out Program considers being a woman is a genuine occupational qualification for this position under section 31 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW).

Desirable Criteria

• Drivers licence
