Reporting to the COO and working closely with our operations team, you will support the smooth and efficient functioning of PIAC’s office and be the first point of contact for the public. You will oversee office management and provide support in human resources, finance, and other operational areas as required. You will be responsible for:
- Reception, general administration and clerical support
- Calendar management including organising meetings and events for the CEO and the organisation
- Monitoring office and kitchen supplies, and oversee tidiness of reception, kitchen, and meeting rooms
- Drafting and posting job advertising, managing applications, and arranging interviews
You can demonstrate your talent delivering high quality administrative and office management support in a busy environment. Your attributes include:
