About the Opportunity

Seniors Rights Service is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Practice Lead for its Advocacy Programs to take on a significant role in developing and improving the National Aged Care Advocacy Program (NACAP) practice framework.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference by enhancing the quality of services and support provided to our clients. You will be responsible for developing toolkits, workflows, program logic and theories of change. In addition, you will analyse client satisfaction surveys, improve data collection methods, streamline training programs and coach program employees on contemporary practices for optimal results.

As the Practice Lead, you will be responsible for managing projects that support Seniors Rights Service's Quality Framework. You will oversee data accuracy and quality by managing the internal data and quality committee and support the recruitment of data champions across the Advocacy teams. By improving the quality of services and support provided by our teams, you will play a crucial role in making a positive impact on the lives of older people and ensure that they receive the care and respect they deserve.

This role offers a flexible work arrangement that combines office-based and remote working, providing an excellent opportunity to achieve a healthy work-life balance.

Why work for Seniors Rights Service?

If you have a natural talent for connecting with people, have relevant experience and want to work for an organisation dedicated to supporting one of the most vulnerable groups in our communities, we want to hear from you.

 About You

  • Exceptional planning, organisational and operational capabilities, demonstrated through past projects and deliverables.
  • Excellent understanding and experience in the development and implementation of program logics, theories of change and outcomes frameworks.
  • Strong influencing and communication capabilities with experience impacting positive organisation outcomes that are aligned with strategic goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated in business documents, policies, training packages and other organisation resources.
  • Experience leading and implementing projects, practices, or ways of working in a not-for-profit environment, preferably in the aged care sector.
