About the Role

JRS Australia seeks a dynamic senior professional to lead an exciting portfolio of work and a small, high-performing team as its Head of Policy, Advocacy and Communications. The position-holder reports to the Country Director, is a member of the executive team, and works closely with the Board of Director’s Policy and Research Sub-Committee.

The Head of Policy, Advocacy and Communications plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing JRS Australia’s profile and impact. This includes brokering and managing strategic relationships across relevant portfolios and sectors, including with colleagues and networks in the Asia-Pacific region and globally.

The position is permanent 0.8 FTE (negotiable), aligned with the SCHADS Award.
