NDIS Support Coordinator
BANC Access Support Coordinator 35 hours per week | SCHADS Level 4 · Salary packaging options · Additional paid leave · Supportive team environment · Established, reputable, local community-based provider · Subsidised out of school hours care for your school aged children Our Support Coordinator connects participants with an NDIS plan to supports and services in the community. You will have experience delivering innovative person-centred support coordination services and are able to develop respectful relationships with participants, families, and staff. You will have good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office. You must have a current Criminal Record Check, and up to date COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations.
