A NSW free from poverty and inequality

The Miller Group

The Miller Group provides strategic support to not for profit and social service organisations in the key areas of governance, strategy, service development, program evaluation, outcome & impact measurement and innovation. Libby Darlison (Director) and Robin Miles (Principal) specialise in organisational capacity building during a period of reform. We have worked across the human service sector for over 20 years to support NFPs/ co with service and program design, delivery and outcomes and impact measurement to thrive and to meet reform requirements.

We understand the NFP sector and the challenges all services – but especially small to medium services – are experiencing as they work to meet new commissioning and procurement processes. We have a successful track record in not only assisting services to meet these new requirements but in building the capacity of all NFPS to thrive in an ever changing environment.

The Miller Group specialises in supporting not for profit organisations through reform processes. Recent reforms in the homelessness sector, the disability sector and the health and aged care sectors have all driven change in service delivery to client focussed consumer directed care models. We have worked with many services across the Human services sector to assist NFPs to successfully make this transition.
