Our client Richmond Community Services Inc. (RCSI), based at the Richmond Neighbourhood Centre, is currently recruiting for two rewarding part-time roles:
- Youth & Family Support Worker
- Activities Coordinator (Neighbour Aid)

About the opportunities…
Both roles offer the chance to work in a supportive team, delivering practical, people-focused programs in the Hawkesbury region. You'll be contributing to the wellbeing and resilience of our community—just in different ways.
- As the Youth & Family Support Worker, you'll support families experiencing challenges through early intervention casework and parenting support. You'll also lead youth engagement activities that promote wellbeing, resilience, and harm prevention. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to work both one-on-one and in community-based settings, building strong relationships and strengthening family and youth outcomes.
- As the Activities Coordinator, you’ll plan and deliver a fun and accessible calendar of social outings for older residents as part of the Hawkesbury Neighbour Aid program. From booking venues and coordinating volunteers to making sure clients feel safe and supported on outings, you’ll play a key role in reducing social isolation and helping seniors stay connected to their community.
The details…
Youth & Family Support Worker:
- Part Time, 3 year contract
- 28 hours per week (Mon – Thurs)
- SCHADS Award Level 4 (dependant on experience)
- Focus on early intervention casework, youth engagement, and community education
- Based in Richmond with local travel
Activities Coordinator (Neighbour Aid):
- Part Time - 20 hours per week (over 3 or 4 days between Mon – Thurs)
- SCHADS Award Level 3 (dependant on experience)
- Focus on planning and coordinating group outings for seniors
- Based in Richmond with local travel
