Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to clients of Foundation House and to assist in the operations of the residential program.

Qualifications
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications (Minimum Cert 4 AOD or equivalent)
- Current First Aid Certificate
Essential Criteria
- Understanding of residential rehab settings
- Minimum 12 Months professional experience in Drug & Alcohol Sector
- Demonstrated knowledge of 12 step programs, preferably in a residential setting
- Demonstrated understanding of the major issues facing clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
Desirable Criteria
- Sound communication skills and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Computer literacy and administration skills
Other Information
- Flexible shift work hours (including weekends and/or overnight)
- Current LR drivers license or willingness to get one
- Salary is based on SCHADS award
- NFP/FBT available ($15,900 tax free)
- EAP - independent counselling service
