Agreed Conclusions reached at CSW62!

Agreed Conclusions reached at CSW62!

The 62nd Commission on the Status of Women wrapped up last week. With negotiations going into the early hours of the morning, Agreed Conclusions were successfully reached on the final day, Friday 23 March 2018. The Agreed Conclusions include some positive language that recognises the diversity of women and girls and the need to address multiple and intersecting forms of discrimination; articulates the importance of recognising, reducing and redistributing unpaid care and domestic work, addressing reproductive health disparities, and ensuring girls education across their lifecycle, and more!

You can read an advance unedited draft of the Agreed Conclusions here

There is lots to reflect on and we'll be reporting back in more detail in the coming weeks (so watch this space). In the meantime, please join us and register to attend the National Women’s Alliance CSW62 Report Back on 13 April 2018.

Thank you to our generous partner and sponsors for this opportunity
