Managing intelligent, motivated staff

Managing intelligent, motivated staff

Understanding How to manage self-motivated, intelligent workers is critical if you want a productive workplace. Described by Peter Drucker as “knowledge workers”, these people are skilled, motivated, challenge-seeking, who convert ideas and raw data into valuable knowledge.  Managing them requires motivating them by appealing to their own values and giving them space to do their job.
