Human Resources Manager 

ACON requires  an experienced HR Manager to lead a small HR team.   The role has a great mix of operational and strategic work, providing leadership in the areas of strategic planning, organisational development, employee support, HR policies, systems and processes. 

The successful applicant will be an experienced HR professional who brings a passion for the important role our people play in the organisation’s success. 

You will be responsible for delivering and guiding the full range of HR functions and can demonstrate achievement through values-based leadership with a commitment to building a strong and engaged culture.

This position requires an ability to be a supporting role to the Director, Corporate Services, so experience in managing a Corporate Services team would be required.

This is a full time position (38 hours/week) offered on a three year contract.

The salary range for this position is negotiable commensurate with skills and experience.  It is based on an annual salary plus superannuation and leave loading.  You may also elect to salary package a portion of your salary (up to $30,000 gross-up value) tax-free.
