Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) is an ongoing position based in Wagga Wagga, NSW. It is available on part time or full time basis (hours negotiable).


The FDRP role is expected to provide information and deliver education and mediation services to individuals and families in a variety of circumstances.

Position details

To be successful in this role, you are required to possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, law or social sciences.
  • Has completed either:
    1. The full Vocational Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution (or higher education provider equivalent); or
    2. An appropriate qualification or accreditation under the National Mediation Accreditation Scheme and competency in the six compulsory units from the Vocational Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution (or higher education provider equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience working as a FDRP or other relevant experience.

Salary & Benefits


The salary on offer is in the range of $80,953.60 to $84,211.27 per annum plus superannuation for full time. As a Public Benevolent Institution (PBI), RACR employees also receive tax-effective salary packaging opportunities, thus significantly increasing the value of your take-home pay.


According to the RACR Enterprise Agreement, the successful candidate will have access to generous leave provisions, annual leave loading, special paid leave during annual holiday shutdown period and flexible working arrangements.
