Relationship & Family Counselling
The Counsellor/Case Manager provides counselling and case management for individuals, couples and families to better manage issues which impact their wellbeing and their ability to maintain safe and enriching relationships. Counselling sessions will be provided at CatholicCare’s Bankstown, Fairfield and Liverpool sites and, as needed, across a range of CatholicCare locations, programs and clinical areas depending on emerging needs.
Experienced and passionate counsellors are required for these ongoing positions (full- and part-time) who have demonstrated experience in couple counselling and post separation counselling and domestic and family violence.
Catholiccare locations offer after hours services to meet client’s services.

Men & Family Relationships
The Counsellor/Case Manager provides assessment, brief counselling and case management to men (and their families) to support them to address issues which impact their wellbeing and their ability to maintain safe and enriching relationships. This full-time role (part-time of at least 3 days per week, including Thursday evenings, will be considered) provides services at CatholicCare’s Fairfield site.
The Men & Family Relationships program facilitates a NSW Justice registered Men’s Behaviour Change Program and also facilitates psycho-educational groups focussed on Emotion Regulation, Parenting & Relationship Education.
The role will also involve the facilitation of psycho-educational & therapeutic groups for adult males and young men and require the Counsellor to work 12pm to 8pm on Thursdays and flexibility for other evening work as needed.
