The Principal Solicitor manages PIAC’s legal practice, with a particularly focus on leading innovative and strategic public interest litigation in areas including discrimination, police accountability, the rights of people in detention and Indigenous justice.

The successful applicant will be an experienced litigator with management and leadership skills, the ability to think creatively about legal strategies to drive systemic change and a commitment to social justice.
