BGF is looking for an experienced, professional case manager to provide informed case management support to PLHIV with complex needs in and around the Mid North Coast LHD.

This position is a 2 year contracted role working part-time for 45.6 hours per fortnight. You will be part of a small but enthusiastic Client Services team. You have a passion for working in the community health care sector and a strong belief in working towards social justice for vulnerable people.
