Volunteer Board Members

Stepping Out is seeking volunteer Board Members with skills and experience in the psychology of sexual assault, the medical profession, social policy, program development and service delivery, marketing and promotion, legal, governance and/or fundraising. The Board meets via videoconference every 4 weeks and Board members also participate in various committees and working groups as needed. Board members should expect to commit approximately 5‒10 hours per month.

The Stepping Out Program based in Sydney, New South Wales has been providing services to survivors of childhood sexual abuse for over 30 years and is one of only two services specialising in providing services centred on recovery and growth.
