About the Role

As a member of the Senior Executive Team (SET), reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the primary responsibility of this role is to understand what funders are seeking in each of RACR’s funding contracts and work collaboratively across the whole of the organisation to ensure that RACR meets those requirements.

With a focus on governance, this role plays a key role in identifying, designing and implementing a range of strategic projects in consultation with the senior executive team to improve service delivery and leads a team of data analysts, policy and research officers and support staff to ensure that we initiate, develop and maintain excellent relationships with our funders, service partners and community stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in leading, managing and supervising staff and achieving success against organisational strategic and operations plans, particularly in the area of governance and contract administration.
