Customer Service and Administration Officer
This is a part time position (20 hours per week to be worked over 4 days) with a fixed term contract to June 30 2021.

You will need strong interpersonal and organisational skills, a background in office administration and an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Our Office is based in the culturally diverse suburb of Lakemba, close to Public Transport and some of the best restaurants Sydney has to offer. Hours of work are spread over four days.

Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in Office administration
Essential Criteria
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in Office administration
- Computer skills, including Office 365, Word, Excel and Publisher.
- Experience, qualifications and/or knowledge of the Community Sector.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Well developed communication skills
- Clear speaking voice and pleasant telephone manner
- Commitment to High standard customer service and the rights of consumers to receive good quality services.
Desirable Criteria
- Cross cultural skills
- Understanding and experience of working with disadvantaged communities
