BGF is looking for an experienced, professional case worker to manage the overall relationship with a case load of clients, undertaking high quality case work, providing support to people with HIV (PHIV) some of whom have complex needs.

Qualifications

Minimum of a tertiary qualification in Social Work or Community Services/Allied Health.

Other Information

This position is a full time, 38 hours per week role (flexi-time available). The successful applicant will be part of a small but enthusiastic team of case workers. Ideally, you have a passion for working in the community health care sector and a strong belief in working towards social justice and positive change for vulnerable people.

Salary is dependent upon skills and experience in line with the classifications in the SCHCADS Award. Salary packaging is available.

Persons with a lived experience of HIV are strongly encouraged to apply for this role.
