Linda Parmenter is the principal consultant and director of Elucid Consulting. With 20 years of experience in policy, program development and systemic advocacy, Linda is an experienced communicator who has worked across all levels of government and in the community sector.
Linda brings a record of success in securing resources for new projects and uses her comprehensive knowledge of the NGO funding environment and the community services sector to help NGOs to develop effective responses to grant and tender processes. Linda holds a LLB from Melbourne University, and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours and a Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Queensland.
Geographical spread or limits: Elucid Consulting currently works with clients servicing locations throughout NSW and Queensland. We are happy to take enquires from community sector agencies throughout Australia.

Values and principles statement
Elucid Consulting’s director and principal consultant, Linda Parmenter, is passionate about achieving social inclusion and justice for people who are vulnerable and experiencing disadvantage. This is reflected in the advocacy, policy and program development roles and areas of work she has undertaken over the previous 20 years. These include seeking improvements in consumer protection laws, financial support programs for low-income households, social housing, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander services, employment and training opportunities for disadvantaged job seekers, and government responses to addressing poverty and intergenerational disadvantage.
