Review of Community Health Services in NSW

Overview

NSW Health are currently undertaking a review of community health services operated by NSW Health. This review will include an examination of linkages between NSW Health community health services and other primary and community health providers, including NGOs.

NCOSS will be assisting NSW Health with the review. Information on the review will be made available on the NCOSS website as it becomes available.

The timeline for the review is March 2008 to May 2009.
Terms of Reference

The review has 11 terms of reference, grouped under three core themes:

  1. Audit scope of activity and existing investment in community health services;
  2. Gaps in current provision of community health services; and
  3. The Future - enhancing community health services.
