Information Communications Technology Strategy Project: Consultation

NCOSS is currently developing an Information Technology Strategy for the NSW Human Services NGO sector.

A critical part of the development has been the consultation process with the sector to identify the sector's medium to long term IT support and development requirements.  NCOSS has developed a Discussion Paper to inform the consultation and brief and resource the sector.

So far NCOSS has undertaken a survey, consultation with services in the Central West of the state  and several key informant interviews. The data from these processes will be used to identify the IT needs of your organisation and the sector, as well as strategies to address them.
