The Pay Equity case for workers in the social and community services industry is now underway.  

ACOSS and the COSS Network (including NCOSS) intervened in the directions hearing before Fair Work Australia on 22 April. Fair Work Australia have set out a timetable to progress the case that would see evidence being heard by the end of October.
