The Draft Associations Incorporation Regulation 2009 were released for public comment on 25 November 2009 and the consultation period has now closed. NCOSS submitted its recommendations to the Associations Incorporations draft Regulation. The new Associations Act (2009 ) and the associated Regulation (2010) have been proclaimed and took effect from 1 July 2010. Links
