On 28 September 2009, a joint letter of concern was sent to the Commonwealth Grants Commission regarding its draft report on the 2010 review of state revenue-sharing relativities and the report's impact on the families and business of NSW.
The letter was signed by NCOSS, Unions NSW, NSW Business Chamber, NSW Minerals Council, Local Government and Shires Association, Civil Contractors, Urban Taskforce Australia, NSW Government and Real Estate Institute of NSW.
