Joint COSS Submission: Submission to the Parliament of Australia Joint Select Committee on Gambling Reform Inquiry into Pre-commitments Schemes. The COSS network endorses the Productivity Commission's finding that public health and consumer protection frameworks provide the best basis for coherent and effective gambling policies.
