Joint COSS Submission: Submission to the Parliament of Australia Joint Select Committee on Gambling Reform Inquiry into Pre-commitments Schemes. The COSS network endorses the Productivity Commission's finding that public health and consumer protection frameworks provide the best basis for coherent and effective gambling policies. In this context, we support a universal and mandatory pre-commitment scheme.
