This submission represents the views of the NSW Aboriginal Community Care Gathering Committee, and does not necessarily reflect the views and opinions of NCOSS.
NCOSS letter: NCOSS supports the establishment of the Taskforce, the community consultations it is undertaking and its objectives to improve outcomes for Aboriginal people in NSW. NCOSS is concerned, however, that the focus on improvements in service delivery, educational and employment outcomes may overlook other issues such as juvenile detention rates, health and housing.
