At a forum in April, convened by the Office of the NSW Ombudsman, the
issue of the adequacy of probity standards for funded organisation was
explored.
Subsequently, the Office released a draft discussion paper on this topic.
NCOSS has released this submission in response to the NSW Ombudsman discussion paper on the adequacy of probity standards for funded organisations.
