The Formalising Partnerships Resource Kit was funded by DoCS and developed by Tim Childs Consulting in partnership with NCOSS. The Kit can be used by small to medium organisations in a workshop context with other organisations, or within their own organisations (e.g. in discussion between Management Committee and staff) to resource a step by step planning process to form a partnership. The format is such that it can be updated and added to and can be used by NGOs on an ongoing basis. It includes resources, information, checklists and case studies to help organisations’ work through the process of forming a partnership.
