NSW Children's Services Forum Report, March 2009: Drowning Not Waving: Community Based Preschools After Years of Funding Neglect. The data in the report is based on findings from a survey conducted in 2008, which gathered responses from large and small preschools in metropolitan and non-metropolitan areas, as well as preschools in high and low socio-economic areas.
